ICT launch new services - designed around you

This financial year the ICT schools team are offering newly designed packages.
 
SIMS Essentials –  Is available to all Schools that wish to purchase SIMS Software Support only as the school has chosen to employ a Network Manager or external 3rd party ICT provider to be responsible for both their Admin and Curriculum network and ICT equipment.  Please note that this package does not included emails, Internet issues, Trend heating  or SAP troubleshooting.
 
SIMS Essentials Plus – Is available for Primary and Special Schools that wish to purchase the comprehensive SIMS Support package along with a 30 hour Break Fix contract for their current Admin workstations and Admin network.  Please be aware that new installations of ICT equipment are not covered in your Break Fix hours but we are able to provide you with a separate quotation.
 
Whole School Support – Is aimed at Primary and Special Schools that wish to purchase the comprehensive SIMS Support package along with a 30 hour Break Fix contract for their current Admin workstations and Admin Network and a 30 hour Break Fix contract  on the Curriculum  network.  Please be aware that new installations of ICT Equipment on either Admin and Curriculum are not covered in your break fix hours but we are able to provide you with a separate quotation.
 
Please note that your school is required to purchase one of the above packages if you purchase your SIMS License through the Local Authority.  The SIMS licence price displayed on SLA Online also includes the cost for your FMS license.  This License needs to be purchased alongside your chosen support package.
